Bear Wallow Herbs offers a comprehensive list of all natural, hand-harvested, and hand-crafted herbal extracts. Single Herb Tinctures: A single herb extracted using organic grape alcohol and clean mountain water. Herbs are infused for a 28 day period—a full moon cycle.
Instructions: Tincture drops can be put directly under tongue, diluted in water, or put in hot water to drink as tea; the alcohol evaporates and the medicine stays in the water. A 1oz bottle usually lasts about 1 month, depending on your dose and how often you take it. Tinctures have a 5 year shelf life when stored out of extreme heat and direct sunlight. The 1oz bottles come with a dropper top and the 4oz refill bottles have a screw cap with no dropper.
