A 1oz bottle usually lasts about 1 month, depending on your dose and how often you take it. Tinctures have a 5 year shelf life when stored out of extreme heat and direct sunlight. The 1oz bottles come with a dropper top and the 4oz refill bottles have a screw cap with no dropper.
